What is Biothane?

BioThane is a strong rubber coated webbing with a soft leather look and feel. It is NON-TOXIC.

"BioThane® is the brand name of all coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. It's a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, easy to clean and weldable."

Why use Biothane?

Biothane can be used during all stages of life, from puppy to adult doggo! Biothane is also a great alternative to leather but super low maintenance. Mud, water, gravel.. use your imagination and Biothane will hold up. Not only will it hold up, but it will be easy to clean off (Mild soap and hot water) and best of all.. it WON'T stink.
